TERMS & CONDITIONS

ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This agreement contains the entire understanding between the SERVICE PROVIDER and the CLIENT. The only way to add or change this agreement is to do so in writing, signed by all parties.

PAYMENT

Deposit: After payment of stated deposit, customer reserves the right to book the date within 6 months from the date of purchase of this promo.

Final Payment: Final Payment will be made during the photoshoot day itself or earlier.

VALIDITY OF PROMO

This PROMO is valid 6 Months from the date of purchase. Acceptance of any bookings after the 6 month reservation period is at the absolute discretion of the SERVICE PROVIDER.

RESERVATION

Booking has to be made within 6 months of the purchase of this promo. Steps taken will be emailed to the CLIENT after payment has been verified.

EVENT SCHEDULE: The client agrees to confirm the schedule one-week prior to the EVENT(S). Notification of any changes in schedule must be made in a timely manner and confirmation of receipt must be obtained from the SERVICE PROVIDER by the CLIENT.

SAFETY: The SERVICE PROVIDER reserves the right to terminate coverage and leave the location of the EVENT(S) if the photographer from the SERVICE PROVIDER experiences inappropriate, threatening, hostile or offensive behaviour from person(s) at the EVENT(S); or in the event that the safety of the photographer from the SERVICE PROVIDER is compromised.

SHOOTING TIME/ADDITIONS: Shooting commences at the scheduled start time and ends at the scheduled end time.

MODEL RELEASE: The CLIENT hereby assigns the SERVICE PROVIDER the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the CLIENT or in which the CLIENT may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, educational and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same without restriction. The CLIENT releases all claim to profits that may arise from use of images.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY: The CLIENT shall not hold SERVICE PROVIDER and its agents responsible from CLIENT'S allergic reaction, injuries, losses and even damages during the engagement services rendered by the SERVCE PROVIDERS. Prior advice and notifications are required before the commencement of the EVENT(s). CLIENT is responsible to advise SERVICE PROVIDERS should you have any preferences such as on styling; subjected to the capacity of the SERVICE PROVIDER.

The CLIENT is not allowed to smoke while they are in the bridal outfits. Additional charges will be incurred for any damages to the outfits.

POST PRODUCTION, EDITING & DELIVERY

Delivery of end product.

A3 print and below: 1 week
A2 canvas and above: 2 to 3 weeks

The process of end products will commence the next working day once the CLIENT has made their selection. Processing of end products will be carried out only during business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. The final post production and editing styles, effects, and overall look of the images are left to the discretion of the SERVICE PROVIDER. Any re-edits, reprints, re-render will be at the billed accordingly to the CLIENT.

I/We have read, understood and agreed to all the contents stated in this service agreement.
